The paperwork, in one place.

Your aircraft, your pilots, your documents and every flight you have logged. Everything an auditor, an insurer or a client asks for, kept against the pilot, aircraft or organisation it belongs to.

Every document you export carries your logo, your accent colour and your footer.

Everything the operation runs on, on one screen.
The compliance list showing an operational authorisation, insurance and a pilot certificate with expiry dates

What sits on the record

Aircraft

Make, model, take-off mass and class marking, with serial numbers and service dates. Assign one to a job and the details travel with it.

Pilots

Qualifications, certificate numbers and hours flown. Team accounts hold as many pilots as the operation has.

Documents and expiry

Operator ID, insurance, operational authorisation and pilot certificates. Anything with a date on it is flagged 60 days before it lapses.

Flight logs

Date, site, duration, pilot and aircraft, with the airspace check that preceded it. Export as CSV for the whole operation, one pilot or one airframe.

Records the rest of the platform can use.
