No. It produces a standard operating procedure template for your accountable manager to review and adopt. A UK SORA application, which replaced the Operating Safety Case in April 2025 as the way to apply for an operational authorisation, is a different document with a different bar, and we deliver that work with COPTRZ.
The CAA stopped accepting Operating Safety Case applications on 23 April 2025, when UK SORA replaced it as the way to apply for an operational authorisation. Authorisations already granted under an OSC ran to their expiry date. If PDRA01 does not cover what you fly, UK SORA is the route now, and we deliver that with COPTRZ.
Yes. The CAA stops issuing the GVC on 31 December 2027, and existing certificates are accepted until they expire where the operational authorisation states that a GVC is acceptable evidence of remote pilot competence. RPC-L1 is the replacement, at a broadly similar level of competency. The record holds either, and flags the expiry either way.
No, and they are labelled that way in the document. They are drafts to speed up a human writing the real thing. The SOP is a template until your accountable manager reads, edits and signs it.
Only your organisation. Isolation is enforced in the database with row-level security, not just in the app.
Not for drone work. Clients, sites, contacts, jobs and quotes live here, with the airspace check and the SOP attached to the job they belong to. That last part is what a general CRM cannot do.
You connect your own Stripe account. Every invoice has a shareable payment page: the client pays by card through your own Stripe account, or by bank transfer using the details on the invoice, and card payments mark the invoice paid automatically.
